Jodi Saari coordinates both public affairs and public relations projects for our clients.
She starts her day scouring television, print and online media for coverage relevant to Goff Public clients. During the legislative session, Jodi also coordinates meetings with legislators and agency officials, monitors hearing schedules, and attends those hearings crucial to our clients’ interests.
Additionally, she designs newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, ads, and other graphic materials that make complex information better organized and easier to read. By creating interesting and relevant designs, Jodi helps clients enhance their messages.
While at Goff Public, Jodi has contributed to designs for Fibrowatt’s United States campaign, including fact sheets, brochures and display boards. She has also helped coordinate advertising campaigns for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, Frauenshuh-Sweeney, and Taste of Minnesota.
In addition to her work at Goff Public, Jodi is also the area representative and publications coordinator for Stop CMV. In 2008, Jodi’s daughter Avery was born with congenital CMV, a little-known virus which is one of the leading causes of hearing loss in children and causes more permanent damage than Down Syndrome and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Through Stop CMV, Jodi works to spread awareness about the life-altering virus. Learn more about Jodi’s work at www.averysjourney.com.
