Rural Strategies is an agricultural and rural public affairs, management, and consulting firm that provides issues management, farm consulting, and organization management services. Joe Martin, founder of Rural Strategies, has a professional background rooted in the agriculture sector of the state as former Minnesota Department of Agriculture assistant commissioner.
