McClung Communications & Public Relations (MCPR) is a full-service public relations and strategic consulting firm based in Saint Paul. MCPR provides media relations, crisis communications, grassroots advocacy, online outreach, and marketing support for businesses, nonprofits and advocacy organizations.

Brian McClung formed MCPR in 2010 after serving nearly six years as Governor Tim Pawlenty’s press secretary, director of communications, and deputy chief of staff. McClung has more than 15 years of experience working in media, public affairs and government, including positions at WCCO-TV, KCCO-TV in Alexandria, the Twin West Chamber of Commerce, and the Minnesota Senate. In 2008, McClung was honored with the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty award, which recognizes talented and successful young leaders in the Twin Cities.
